Thank you for your interest in the LCBI HIgh School Online Auction!

Founded in 1911, Lutheran Collegiate Bible Institute (LCBI) is nestled in the countryside on the banks of the South Saskatchewan River in Outlook, Saskatchewan, Canada.  LCBI High School is a co-ed boarding school with a picturesque campus offering a learning environment second to none.  LCBI's mission is to provide a high quality education for youth helping them discover their gifts and to develop their personal potential as members of the family of God, through a sound academic, worship and boarding school experience.  Our students are instructed by fully-accredited teachers who deliver courses recognized by the Saskatchewan Ministry of Education and has recently been certified to offer an International Baccalaureate Diploma Program.  All courses are completely transferable to other Canadian provinces, and can be used for entrance into Canadian and American universities.  For more information on the LCBI High School and the incredible opportunities it offers, please see the LCBI website at lcbi.sk.ca.

All monies raised through thi LCBI Online Auction will go directly to the operations of LCBI.  

Tax receipts are available for items with a purchase price of greater than fair market value, so bid up your family and friends because it is all going to a great cause!

There are some great items to bid on - knowing that proceeds go to such a great cause, have fun with your bidding and good luck!

 

Winning Bidder Payment Information

Notification of Successful Bids:

Winning bidders will recieve confirmation via email of their successful bid after the closing date of the auction.

Payment Types Accepted:

All payments will be arranged through, and be made to, the Lutheran Collegiate Bible Institute (LCBI).

Cash, cheque or credit card payments options are available. 

Charitable Tax Receipts:

Tax reciepts for donors can be arranged through the Accountant at LCBI.

Tax reciepts for successful bidders can be issued for amount in excess of the fair market value.  Arrangements for reciepts for items purchased can be arranged through the Accountant at LCBI.

Winning Bidder Item Pickup/Delivery:

General information on the pickup location of items is included in the item description.   

Successful bidders will arrange for pick up/delivery of the item in conjuntion with the individual offering the item and/or the the Auction Administrators.  

Please note that additional fees may be added for shipping.

General Auction Information

  • The time on this server will be used to determine the start and end times of the auction. This time may be off from your local time. Refer to the approximate time in the right hand side of this page.
  • When the auction closes, all bidders will receive an e-mail regarding the status of the items they have bid on.
  • The highest bid placed on an item, by auction close, is the winner. There can only be one winner per auction item. The auction administrator (group hosting the auction) agrees to sell the item to the highest bidder.
  • You must register an account in order to place bids. Click Register on the upper right hand side of this page in the login area. Once you have registered, a confirmation/activation will be emailed to you. You must click on the link in the email message to complete the registration process. If you haven't received your confirmation email, please check your "junk mail" or "spam" folder as it may have gone there. You can also re-request the confirmation email. The link for resending the activation code can be found in the login area.

Please Note that all bids are final. By placing a bid on an item you are agreeing to a contract. You will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from the seller in the event that you are the highest bidder at the time the auction closes. You are responsible for reading the full item listing, and understanding the above instructions and accepted payment methods. The Seller (auction administrator) assumes all responsibility for listing these items. The bidder's source IP address is logged for all bid transactions. Persons placing fraudulent bids may be prosecuted in a court of law.
